Welcome to The Waste Wranglers. These Terms of Service (\"Terms\") govern your use of our website at callthewastewranglers.com (the \"Site\"), our client portal, and the pet waste removal services we provide (collectively, the \"Services\").

By using our Site, requesting a quote, signing up for service, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

The Waste Wranglers is a pet waste removal service operating in Henderson, Summerlin, Las Vegas, and the Greater Las Vegas Valley. References to \"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\" refer to The Waste Wranglers and its parent legal entity The Waste Wranglers, LLC.

2. Services We Provide

We offer professional pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties, including:

One-time cleanups
Recurring service plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
Apartment complex and HOA pet waste management
Dog park maintenance
Deodorizing and sanitizing add-on services

Service availability, frequency, and pricing are based on property size, location, number of pets, and current scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue service to any property at our discretion.

3. Service Agreements and Cancellation

No long-term contracts. Recurring service plans continue on the schedule you select until cancelled. You may cancel, pause, or modify your service at any time by contacting us at 725-500-0364 or through your client portal.

Cancellation notice. We request at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled service date to cancel or reschedule a visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may still be charged for the scheduled visit.

No-shows and access issues. If we arrive at your scheduled time and cannot access the service area (locked gate, dog left in yard, no access code provided, etc.), we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot complete service due to access issues, you may still be charged the full service fee. We will document the issue with photos and notify you.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing. Pricing is determined based on property size, service frequency, number of pets, and any add-on services. Pricing will be confirmed before your first service.

Payment. Payment is processed through our service management platform (Jobber) and our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for services rendered, recurring service fees, and applicable taxes.

Recurring billing. For recurring service plans, your payment method will be automatically charged on the schedule disclosed to you at signup. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Late payments. Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee or result in service suspension. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be sent to collections.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate property information, including yard size, gate access details, and number of pets
Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area on scheduled service dates
Secure pets indoors or in a separate area during service visits, unless you have explicitly arranged otherwise
Notify us in advance of any property changes, hazards (aggressive dogs, sprinkler systems, electrical fences, recent yard work, etc.), or special instructions
Keep your contact information and payment method current
Comply with all applicable laws, HOA rules, or property regulations

Pet safety is your responsibility. While our team takes care to close and secure gates after service, you are responsible for ensuring pets are safely contained during and after our visits. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to gates left unlocked by other parties, fence damage, or pets left in the service area.

6. Photo Confirmation and Service Documentation

After each service visit, we provide photo confirmation showing the gate is secured and the job is complete. These photos are sent to you via your preferred contact method (email or SMS) and stored in your account history.

By using our Services, you authorize us to take photos of the service area for documentation purposes. We may use anonymized before/after photos in our marketing materials, with no identifying information about your property or address.

If you do not want any photos used in marketing, please notify us in writing and we will exclude your property.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Weather and conditions. We service in most weather conditions. However, we may delay or reschedule service due to severe weather (extreme heat, heavy rain, lightning, snow). We will notify you of any weather-related delays.

Property condition. Our service includes removal of visible pet waste in the agreed service area. We do not handle:

Removal of items other than pet waste (trash, debris, yard waste)
Lawn care, landscaping, or sprinkler repair
Removal of waste in areas blocked by furniture, equipment, or overgrowth
Service in unsafe conditions (unsecured aggressive dogs, hazardous chemicals, etc.)

Service quality. We strive to leave every property thoroughly cleaned. If you are not satisfied with the result of any service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return at no additional charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
Our total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, lawn ornaments, or property features that were not disclosed to us in advance, were hidden from view, or were in disrepair before our visit
We are not liable for pets that escape due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to gate hardware failures, unsecured fences, or pets let out by other parties
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform Services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, illness, vehicle issues, natural disasters, etc.)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Waste Wranglers, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Misrepresentation of property conditions, pet temperament, or access details
Injury or damage caused by your pets to our employees or contractors

10. Pet-Related Risks

You acknowledge that our services involve entering property where pets reside. You represent and warrant that:

You have disclosed all known information about pets that may be present, including breed, temperament, and any history of aggression
You have taken reasonable steps to secure pets during service visits
You will indemnify us for any injury to our employees or contractors caused by your pets

If a pet displays aggressive behavior during a service visit, our team will leave the property immediately and contact you. You may still be charged for the scheduled visit.

11. Communications and Consent

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive service-related and promotional communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but transactional service messages (appointment confirmations, photo confirmations, billing notices) are required to deliver service.

12. Use of the Site and Client Portal

You agree to use our Site and client portal only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, client portal, or our Services
Use any automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our Site
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Use our Services for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site, client portal, or Services for any violation of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including our logo, brand name, mascot, taglines, photos, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to The Waste Wranglers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

14. Reviews and Testimonials

If you provide a review, testimonial, or feedback about our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing materials, on our Site, and on third-party platforms. We will not use your full name or identifying property details without your permission.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at 725-500-0364 or [your email]. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, since our Services are performed in Nevada.

Venue. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our Services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
